Somatic Wellness Coaching & Yoga Classes
Welcome!
I'm Anna Lescourret, yoga teacher and somatic wellness coach.
If you've been living in your head, disconnected from your body, or carrying tension you may find some useful practices here.
Movement, breath connection and somatic enquiry can help the body and mind move together so that we come into a more centred space in our bodies and in our lives.
I work online and share classes locally in the South West of France, in Navarrenx, Monein and other nearby places.
Come and join one of our online or in person group classes. Whether you choose an energetic Vinyasa flow class or a grounded somatic class know that all classes unfold from the breath.
Self-paced online courses, from 5 minute sessions for those on the go to luxurious 60 minute sessions when you are able to carve out some you time.
One-on-one sessions tailored entirely to you. We work at your pace, with your body, combing tools from yoga therapy and somatics to gently unwind habitual patterns that may be held in the body. Sessions can be very effective in helping to reduce stress, anxiety and overwhelm, improve sleep, boost energy and come back to your Self.
One-to-one sessions offer a unique opportunity to work together at a pace tailored specifically for you. During these sessions, you'll receive personalised guidance in relaxation techniques, meditation, breathwork, and movement. Each practice is designed to meet you where you are right now, honoring your individual needs and goals.

Who am I and what do I believe in?
Originally from Wales and now based in the beautiful French Pyrenees, I teach general group and private yoga classes as well holding space in my private practice for clients to reconnect through trauma-informed somatic coaching, yoga therapy, and mindful movement.
Through compassionate, body-based practices, we can develop a deeper understanding of our nervous system to cultivate greater resilience, ease, and self-trust.
Over the past decade, I have dedicated my career to understanding the relationship between movement, breath, the nervous system, and emotional wellbeing. Since qualifying as a yoga teacher in 2015, I have completed more than 1000 hours of specialist training in yoga therapy, trauma-informed somatic coaching, women's health, breathwork, pelvic health, and postnatal recovery, and I continue to expand my knowledge through ongoing professional development.
Whether you're experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, persistent pain, pelvic health concerns, or navigating pregnancy, postnatal recovery, or other life transitions, I offer a safe, supportive space where your experiences are honoured and your pace is respected. Every session is tailored to your unique needs, combining evidence-informed somatic practices, therapeutic movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and yoga therapy to support nervous system regulation and lasting wellbeing.
I believe each of us already holds the capacity to heal. My role is not to tell you what your body needs, but to help you rediscover its wisdom, build confidence in its signals, and develop practical tools that support you long after our sessions together.

After birth we are not only adjusting to our new bodies, there are also family dynamics, expectations and our headspace which have altered. There are many programs out there on bouncing back into your old self, how about embracing the amazing person that you are now?
My postnatal programs blend yoga therapy and somatic tools to help you heal physical issues such as diastasis recti, prolapse and backache as well as practices to help regulate your nervous system to help navigate the emotional landscape of new motherhood. From 5 minute videos when you are on the go to luxurious hour long sessions.
No two postnatal journeys are the same. Whether you're six weeks or two years postpartum, it's never too late to come home to your body. Explore self-paced courses or book a private session tailored entirely to you.
Gentle, evidence informed movement to support diastasis recti healing, pelvic floor restoration, and whole-body recovery, designed for where you actually are postpartum, not where you think you should be.
Somatic and yoga based tools to reconnect with your pelvic floor, addressing leaking, prolapse concerns, pressure, and the disconnection many mums may feel after birth.
Somatic practices for anxiety, overwhelm, identity shifts, and emotional exhaustion. Learn to regulate your nervous system so you can be present for yourself and your baby.

Not at all. Somatic work and yoga therapy are accessible to everyone, regardless of flexibility, fitness level, or prior experience. We start exactly where you are in your body, as it is today.
Yes, and for many clients, even more so. Somatic healing is about your internal experience, not the setting. Working from your own home can actually create a deeper sense of safety, which is essential for this kind of work. Many clients find they open up more in a familiar environment.
The recorded courses are self-paced programs you can access anytime. Private sessions are personalised private work where we dive deeper into your specific patterns, history, and goals together.
